TEIA is designed to automate the most
complex and time consuming phases of TVs
and monitors disassembly, adapting to any
screen without needing prior information on
the model.
It performs case unscrewing, plastic
frame removal, and internal components
unscrewing in sequence, minimizing manual
input and optimizing safety and recovery.
A first robot is able to identify, locate, and remove screws of any size, color, or shape, on any model of screen, even if it’s the first time the robot is processing it.
A second robot places the screens onto an adaptive automation system that removes the front frame from the screen, allowing the operator to easily open the monitor and access the valuable internal components.
A third robot frees the printed circuit boards and all other internal components, making the final work of separating and sorting the materials much easier and faster for the operator, highlighting the efficiency of our automated recycling systems.
