Printed circuit boards automatic sorting using robots and artificial intelligence
Using artificial intelligence, our system is able to identify the components mounted on the circuit board, so that a robot can sort them, based on the valuable materials contained within.

Delta robots are one of the most fast and precise classes of industrial robots. We developed ad hoc control algorithms and designed specific gripping system in order to optimize the volum of printed circuit boards sorted by the system.
Using industrial computer vision our system is capable of recognizing the perimeter of a specific printed circuit board in the mixed stream moving on a conveyor belt.
Our system is trained with thousands of picture of printed circuit boards and componed mounted on them, provided by our partners, so that it learned to autonomously recognize them.
