PCB DETECTION AND COMPONENTS CLASSIFICATION

Hiro Robotics’ software accurately identifies individual PCBs within a mixed stream moving along a conveyor belt. Our system, trained with thousands of pictures of printed circuit boards, recocgnizes and classifies PCBs’ components mounted on them highlighting the efficiency of our automated recycling systems.

AND SORTING

A delta robot, enhanced with customized control algorithms and gripping systems, excels in efficiently sorting PCBs based on the specific value class assigned by the AI. This approach maximizes the recovery of valuable materials in e-waste recycling.

AUTOMATIC FEEDING AND RELOADING SYSTEM

Nisa, is installed in conjunction with an automated system for loading boards onto the entry conveyor and with a belt system responsible for collecting boards exiting the system, flipping them, and reinserting them into the process.

This version involves a manual loading of the system by operators. While maintaining accuracy in printed circuit board classification, this feature allows for a more cost-effective solution for electronic waste recycling, where the robot responsible for PCB sorting has been replaced by a simplified separation system.
