bit type and size, and removes them
autonomously, reducing manual labor
to loading and unloading only, lowering
physical strain and boosting ROI.
The AI-based computer vision software enables the identification and type classification of screws, regardless of prior knowledge of their specific location on the device being handled.
Maia’s automated tool change system allows the robot to automatically replace the screwing or drilling tool based on the identified screws.
A robot, part of our automated recycling system, removes the identified screws by merging information from video and force sensors, with speed and efficiency.
